Mystic Seaport Wedding – Krisann & Tim

I had the honor of photographing this Mystic Seaport Wedding of Krisann & Tim.  What an awesome couple!  Krisann just happens to work at Mystic Seaport so she knew how wonderful it would be.  Plus she is so creative and talented that she made her own veil and arranged all the flowers bouquets and arrangements!  The ceremony took place in the Greenmanville Church and their reception was at Latitude 41 the restaurant right next door to the Seaport.  It was a lovely day for a wedding however very hot and humid, so we stuck close to the air-conditioned Latitude 41 and took photos around that area of the Seaport.  Here are some photos from the day.

Here are a few images to give you an idea of how wonderful a day it was!  Congratulations to this awesome couple and their families.

These were worn on a hot July day and were simple in style but the shiny stones shown bright when the bride changed into an elegant party dress for the first dance. The guys shoes can be less interesting unless comfort is the main concern.  These guys decided to wear ‘Dress Sneakers’.  Nice and comfortable for a garden wedding on a hot summer day.  In a church?  Naah! I love the simple design and texture of these shoes. Now, if you want to make a statement…try something bold. Sandals with a flair are great for tall brides so they don’t tower over their groom. Some brides choose to change shoes – one for the ceremony and the other for dancing.  Shoes you can kick off in an instant if you feel like it and match the […]
