Alex is an extraordinary athlete. He has excelled at many sports and continues to play baseball and Hockey for his high school. We had a great time during his senior portrait session and here are a couple of my favorites!
Playing catch up! I have been busy, however, blogging has taken a backseat! But now I have more time to share what I have been up to! I had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with Zack, a really cool Senior 2012 from E.O. Smith High School in Storrs. I love the images we created. Here are a few I’d like to share with you.
Meet Patrick. He is a senior this year and we had a great senior portrait session. We did some in the studio and then took it outdoors for more casual imagery, including this favorite of mine with his truck.
Just a reminder that next Saturday the 12th of June, from 4-8 pm we are hosting our Open Studio Event at Kim Bova Photography Studio. This will be a benefit for the Mansfield Food Pantry to help restock the shelves! I am offering Free Facebook Pictures for any Senior (to be) in High School in exchange for a donation to the Food Pantry. I will also be giving out discount coupons for your Senior Portrait Session and taking applications for my senior model representatives that day. ONLY for those who come and donate! Don’t miss this opportunity! Drop in and get in on the action! Here is a list of things that the pantry would love to receive: The items we would appreciate for the pantry are personal care items (shampoo & conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, razors, etc), laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, antibacterial wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap/gel, etc, non-perishable canned items (meats, fruits, vegetables, soups, beans), pastas, pasta sauces, peanut butter and jelly, teas, coffee, sugar, flour, rice (flavored and regular) and cereal. We also would accept gift cards to local supermarkets for any denomination. Please take the time to give back to your community! The rewards […]
Now that the new year is underway, update that headshot. Don’t settle for last years photo! You’ve been working out and have a new hair-do, you look your best right now. In fact, you will never look as good as you do today! Give me a call now. Here is Sue, she actually got it done! Great job, Sue! You look beautiful!
I finally had the opportunity to have a Senior Portrait session with my own son this past weekend. He graduated this spring from High School and is a freshman at UConn this fall. We intended to do a Senior Portrait well before this, but, as you know – life gets busy… photographing so many other people…I finally cleared some space at the last minute. I cannot believe my son is moving out and going to college already. I loved making these portraits with him – he is an amazing young man and these images will help me hold my time with him close to my heart. I am available for portraits of your children or seniors while the weather is still beautiful. Call today and make an appointment for a complementary consultation to discuss your child’s portrait. Here are some of my favorite images of my son. (There are so many I will be making a book!) He plays guitar and writes music for his band ‘Yildun’. He is very proud of his hair, it has taken a long time to grow. He will be a philosophy major at UConn this year! Yes, he is a thinker and very […]
